Handling Papers

Set up a tiered file holder for "hot" files (those you refer to daily). Include "to do," "to read," "to sign," "to file," "to discuss," "waiting to hear," recurring meetings, and current projects.
Set up reference files for the current year and archive materials you must keep from past years.
Tear out and file needed articles from periodicals. Cancel as many subscriptions as possible.
